The systems developed by SmartPC are based on Internet technology. This means that any system can always be accessed by a browser, from anywhere. No matter how many users, the installation is provided once, and updates are easily maintained.

The software can be installed on a dedicated server, or SmartPC offers providing the software, by using services of UOLHOST. A UOLhost offers excelent performance and reliability.

The products developed by SmartPC are always configured with error handling. This means that whenever an error occurs, an email is automatically sent with details of the error to SmartPC. Each error mail will be treated so that in the end no errors will occur.
